Xaxli’p Administration and Health deliver a variety of services, programs, and workshops to Xaxli’p Community Members on a year round basis.
The Band Administrator is responsible for assisting the Council in the overall management of the operating, capital, and financial affairs of the Xaxli’p and for the direct management of the day-to-day operating and financial affairs including, program and service development, funding, delivery, and administration. The administrator is also responsible for Economic Development.
A beneficial approach to Program and service delivery in addition to Economic Development is a Community based approach as community input is a vital component to achieving the community’s goals and dreams.
